Texas Caviar
2 cans black beans
(drained and rinsed)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans Mexicorn
1 cup green pepper chopped fine
2-3 medium tomatoes chopped

Dump ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

Marinade
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Boil Marinade and cool for about 2 minutes. Mix all together and refrigerate. Serve with Fritos-Scoops.
